  1. We have authorized Yamato Transport (HK) Ltd as our delivery company.

  2. We only provide local delivery service but it is not available for the islands and areas that cannot be reached directly by vehicles.

  3. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, a valid delivery address during checkout is required.

  4. Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.

  5. In the event of the customer’s absence at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card giving the number to call to arrange a free re-delivery. Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when customers are at a customer premise. We do not accept any responsibility for goods left at any place other than designated delivery address.

  6. If the goods cannot be successfully delivered to designated customer premise due to customer’s absence within 1 week from the agreed delivery date, the goods will be returned to us. We reserve the right to refund to the customer the purchase amount of the goods after deducting the HK$50 delivery charge, and (if applicable) 3% of total amount as handling charges once any credit card has been processed.

  7. Please check all orders immediately after receiving to ensure all items are well-received or no defaced item. Please contact us at once by sending email to calling customer service hotline (tel.: 2232 1000), if there is any error or defaced items. No exchanges will be accepted after 7 working days from delivery date.

  8. All orders are subject to the latest stock availability and we reserve the right to reject the order in the event that any of the goods requested is unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the goods in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before your requested delivery date.
