Exchange/Refund Policy

Amendment & Cancellation

Please contact our customer support staff by calling customer service hotline (tel.: 2232 1000), to amend or cancel your order latest by 03:30 pm & 2 working days before delivery day. Please note that we can only amend or cancel your order when the online order status is marked as ‘Order Received’ before delivery. When status is marked as ‘Under Delivery’, the order cannot be cancelled. And order amendment can only be made when it does not affect the total amount paid.

Cancellation or Return Terms

All refunds will be credited to customer's credit card account within 4 – 6 weeks. (If applicable) 3% of total amount as credit card handling charges will be deducted before a refund is made.

We reserve the right to refund to the customer the amount of the goods after deducting the HK$50 delivery charge.

Exchange Policy

We will provide a free-of-charge one-time exchange service for any defaced goods. For any further replacement, customers are requested to provide evidence (e.g. photo) and a HK$50 delivery charge will be charged for each replacement. We reserve the right to refuse any further exchange request.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, please send an email to or calling customer service hotline (tel.: 2232 1000) within 7 working days from delivery date and we will assist you for exchange of goods.

Returned items should be in new, unused or unassembled condition with original packaging materials intact and the delivery note and order confirmation email.

Unopened & Unused Products

Unopened and unused products may be returned (at the buyer’s expense) for exchange for another product within 7 working days from the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the official receipt issued. No cash refund will be given. Exchanged items will be subject to stock availability.

In the event of an exchange, no cash will be refunded if the price of the new item is less than the product to be exchanged. If the price of the new item is higher than that of the product to be exchanged, the customer must pay the price difference.

Replacement procedures will be executed under the terms and conditions of our Company Exchange Policy.

Replacement Policy

1.  Customer can send an email to for registration within 7 working days of delivery.
2.  Order information verification.
3.  We will send you a confirmation email to confirm the date of replacement and arrange delivery.
4.  You are required to provide following documents to facilitate the replacement:
-   Receipt / Delivery Note
-   Confirmation email
